The building showcases a blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, with a red-roofed structure, beige and brown exterior walls, and landscaped surroundings that include paved walkways and green areas.

The contract covered comprehensive internal and external works, including:
⢠Foundation & Structural Works: Excavation, trenching, reinforced concrete foundations, and block wall construction.
⢠Architectural Finishes: Plastering, tiling, painting, and installation of doors and windows.
⢠Mechanical & Electrical Installations: Full electrical wiring, lighting systems, plumbing, and mechanical fittings.
⢠Roofing & Flooring: Durable roofing systems and floor finishes for staircases, corridors, and landings.
⢠Procurement & Installation: Sourcing and fitting of all required materials and fixtures to meet design specifications
