This proposed renovation along Sanni Abacha Express Road, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, reimagines the church as a vibrant hub for worship, community, and creativity. Designed by **3rd Heavens Limited**, the project blends contemporary aesthetics with functional spaces tailored to the needs of a growing congregation.

LIVING FAITH FA DAY SECONDARY SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT | ABIA STATE | NIGERIA

This project involved the full-scale construction of a modern secondary school facility designed to serve the educational needs of the Abayi community. The building showcases a blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, with a red-roofed structure, beige and brown exterior walls, and landscaped surroundings that include paved walkways and green areas.

The contract covered comprehensive internal and external works, including:
• Foundation & Structural Works: Excavation, trenching, reinforced concrete foundations, and block wall construction.
• Architectural Finishes: Plastering, tiling, painting, and installation of doors and windows.
• Mechanical & Electrical Installations: Full electrical wiring, lighting systems, plumbing, and mechanical fittings.
• Roofing & Flooring: Durable roofing systems and floor finishes for staircases, corridors, and landings.
• Procurement & Installation: Sourcing and fitting of all required materials and fixtures to meet design specifications
