• Minimalist layout with plush armchairs arranged around a central coffee table.
• Feature wall with a mounted flat-screen TV and built-in shelves illuminated by accent lighting.
• Sculptural ceiling light fixture adds a dramatic, modern flair.
• Neutral colour palette with layered textures for warmth and elegance.
Children’s Bedroom & Study Area:
• Twin beds with whimsical scalloped headboards and pastel bedding.
• Wall mural in soft mountain tones enhances the playful ambiance.
• Integrated study desk with dual workstations, storage cabinets, and open shelving.
• Functional layout encourages creativity, learning, and relaxation.

This project involved the full-scale construction of a modern secondary school facility designed to serve the educational needs of the Abayi community. The building showcases a blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, with a red-roofed structure, beige and brown exterior walls, and landscaped surroundings that include paved walkways and green areas.

The contract covered comprehensive internal and external works, including:
• Foundation & Structural Works: Excavation, trenching, reinforced concrete foundations, and block wall construction.
• Architectural Finishes: Plastering, tiling, painting, and installation of doors and windows.
• Mechanical & Electrical Installations: Full electrical wiring, lighting systems, plumbing, and mechanical fittings.
• Roofing & Flooring: Durable roofing systems and floor finishes for staircases, corridors, and landings.
• Procurement & Installation: Sourcing and fitting of all required materials and fixtures to meet design specifications
